Thanks for sticking with the program, now that you have read that much I guess it is time for the introductions.
Well my college plans changed, as they ALWAYS do. I am currently working in culinary school for Baking and Pastry which means that after years and years of working I might be able to take the test to become an official Master Baker with the ACF. School in Oregon, in a small town, and will be done with my main schooling, after that I am hoping to get an externship at Disney World in the Grand Floridian Bakery.
I hope to work there for a little bit, they have great bennefits, and after that? I have no idea at the moment. I just want to travel the world and learn about culture, and the best way to do that is to bake/cook food from the different cultures/countries.
Maybe I will try working on one of Disney's cruise ships, they are opening their European cruises in the next few years, or just travel to different cities in the US.
I love music, all kinds. I am currently addicted to Christopher Tin and his AMAZING compositions, if you have played Civilizations IV he did the main intro song Baba Yetu. He spent about 4 years making his new, and first, CD "Calling All Dawns".
I also love 80's rock (Boston, Bon Jovi, etc.) along with older R&B (Boyz 2 Men) and classical(Bach and the rest of the old guys and not so old guys - Christopher Tin.)
My playlist gives a small selection of songs that I like so check it out and suggest other songs that I might like; I am always looking for new music.
I have a few drawings on my profile that I did a few years ago and the link to my website is to my Flickr account and has a lot of pictures of products that the other Bakers and Culinary students and I have made.
