We since you mentioned it, these guys made it pretty clear that the 'heart' is very important, the heart chakra... We actually have like wo heart chakras but yeah I always feel grate when I use my heart chakras.. You ave 7 chakras but the heart chakra is very important 3nodding

Okay so I think you should research Paradigm Shift 3D to 5D... Earth is already in the "Astral" and a llllllot of people aren't prepared for what's to come, aand what they are going to really see! Listen to me just try your best to get more spiritually involved okay? I'm going to give you a video to watch that might help you understand more. This guy explains what’s happening pretty well, a lot of people have been fooled by the Vatican, government such and such, and now their lies are being revealed! As a person that knows about the Astral world, you can't make it to the shift, WE HAVE TO REACH ENLIGHTENMENT, TO EVEN ASCEND TO THE 5TH DIMENSION... I know it sounds cray cay, but the government and all the bad guys have been waiting for this moment for yearsss.
