They are licensing out the Moga IP to a developer that has relaunched Monster Galaxy as a "Play to Earn" (their twitter is monstergalaxy21) which works through crypto and NFTs. Gaia's justification is that they aren't developing it directly, but they're incentivizing Gaia users to interact with the game and it's their IP. There's other stuff that's just rumors for now, but that's the big thing. I wish they'd just leave that nonsense alone.
