Hmm...we haven't faced the forces of Chaos yet....well actually I take that back. I think Sentinel and Romulus could be classified as Chaos.
My personal carrier, for one. What about Vesta? She might have acquired some taint when the Revenant was plowed into her.

"Well...a new vessel takes at least three years to construct. I do have a few decommissioned cruisers sitting in the shipyards waiting to be sold off. I can always retrofit the hulls with newer weapon and shielding systems. That would take less time."
