Appearance: He is a tall individual with long shoulderlength dark black hair aswell as piercing grey eyes that are usually shadowed In darkness. Vlad seems quite fond of dressing like a professional on the job almost as if he were working at an office of somesort and hasnt been known to wear any other clothes besides business suits. He wears a brown Romani dress suit with thin black lines running vertical down the fabric aswell as a black tie and dark brown dress shoes to complete his look though he shouldnt be taken lightly.


Personality: He is quite calm and collected most of the time with a usual smirk on his face and he tends to try and act like a professional but his temper and insanity tend to ruin that for him when he gets out of hand. He can get excited easily aswell as angered and hott tempered making him resort to violence or bloodshed in a rage and he seems to have very little if no regard for human life or anyones life but his own. He is very cunning when it comes to his work but he suffers from being very impatient when bored that sparks muderous urges that compell him to kill without reason and he tries hard to keep himself in check. He cares a little too much about his look and doesnt like to get any blood on his outfit and he has been known to decapitate people without even getting a drop on his fabric proving that he is skilled in his line of work. He cannot understand justful people or people with good morals and a sense of humanity as he enjoys chaos and disorder rather than harmony finding that he fits in better and is much more entertained in that type of environment. He craves power and hates opponents that are stronger or surpass him in skill and has no sense of honor implying that he would take any chance to kill his target or opponent without hesitation.
