It's sad your site is down now I used it for so many years there aren't anymore profile creators that are easy to use or as nice as the one you had for so long. Gaia may have an avatar builder but it's terrible compared to the one you made, honestly they should have you make theirs work right.

you made a wonderful and beautiful site from your heart.
gaia over the years has become obssesed with money.
each year they find a way to take every cent from you.
I unerstand why you took the position you did.
gaia has changed, it's not the same anymore.
I hope the best for you and your dreams.
If you can create tektek, you can create something even greater!

I just learned that tektek was shut down after more than a decade. It's saddens me. I used it a lot to think up new outfits for my avi or help others with theirs. Thank you for all those years of dedication and hard work. I still have this tiny bit of hope that tektek will return. :')

Why didn't you want to reach a solution with the gaia staff? I'm curious why you chose to shut it down? Was it too much work?

I used TekTek much more often then gaiaonline in recent years. I used it to "draw" D&D characters since I have no talent for drawing by hand. I'm sorry to see TekTek go.

It's very amusing how some users are bringing down Gaia for being "immature". Some of you guys REALLY need to see the official tektek faq :/
That aside, sucks that tektek is gone cuz I used it alot. While I'm thankful for the work you instead chose to CLOSE down your site instead of working alongside w/ Gaia when YOU were the one who had those controlled ads up in the first place.

I've been on Gaiaonline for over a decade now and am thoroughly disappointed that throughout all of the changes they've made, they had the audacity to shut you down as well. Look at my avatar, just look at it! I am a freaking husky because I cannot decide on how to put items together for a proper avatar. Nor can I price a single thing, especially with this outrageous inflation. TekTek was a website that became part of this community, and I am thankful to you for creating it, and offer my sympathies that it was closed down. You deserve better treatment.

Hey, just wanted to thank you, Tekton. Thank you for all the years of work you put into Tektek.
That gave me so many good memories and I am so to know that it closed down.
It truly helped me a lot throughout the course of my Gaian life and it definitely made it for the better.
It's also sad to know that new users of Gaia won't be able to experience making a dream avatar or search for things they would like.
But all in all, I hope tektek comes back. It was one of the fragments of memories I would love to share again in the future as I go on in this site.

I hope all is well and thank you once again.

I've been on Gaia for a long time now & even though I do not play as often as I use to, I just want to say thank you for Tektek. Whether it was the Dream Avatar creator that everyone used, or the other tools, it was a great aid for us users, and I feel bad that the new users won't get to experience it. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you : )

It has been six days and I am going insane without TekTek.
