I am Taiser.
I am a humanoid demon from the demon realm. I am neither good nor evil. I don’t know what I am actually ever since my parents were destroyed.
They left me in a forest when I was only an infant. I assume they had a reason for it. I was found by an old man passing by the forest. He took me in and he raised me until I was four years old. He was senile and he had no idea of my capabilities. One day he went out to do some errands and I had the chance to escape from his small hut. I went up to this cliff that overlooked the small village, and that same day I watched as he and the rest of the villagers were slaughtered by a group of thieves.
I did not regret not being there to help him or the other people, although I did repent leaving him to die after all he had done for me. But I was trying to not concern myself for the incident. Nevertheless, I was going to set out to find my parents.
As the months passed, I was searching each village that I encountered, but I had no luck. Village after village, I saw no demon with even the slightest similarity to myself. The years seem to pass by like weeks, and I barely realized it.
Six years have passed and I was beginning to lose hope. The day was not particularly different weather-wise. I was walking somewhere towards the southwest, and I noticed that there was smoke coming from up ahead. Exited, I ran in that direction, and when I reached the village, I was surprised at what I saw.
There were these demons with black and dark purple colored flesh. These demons were eating the villagers alive. From gouging their eyes out and cracking open skull and pulling their brains out, to ripping off one of their ribs and pulling out their intestines. As a demon, I have seen many horrible ways to die, this was the worst yet.
From where I stood, I saw three kinds of demons, the first one was snakelike. It had no arms or legs, just a tail like body and a round head with one horn. It somehow seemed to hover above the ground. The next one kind of reminded me of an eagle. It had wings, but no feathers. It had a round like head with horns that were in a straight line on its back. The last one was not that much different shape than a humanoid demon. It was 6 feet tall and had a straight line of horns that divided into two large ones on its back still attached to its head. It seemed very strong because of its big muscles, but slow because of its short legs.
“What’s happening here?”I said. “Boy….help me” said a weary voice. I saw this man with green hair, only a little darker green than mine, and I thought that wasn’t very injured. We had eye contact and that instant I knew that he was the one I was looking for; my father. He looked like me and he emitted the same color energy waves as I did. “Boy” he said, “Is…is your name Taiser?” “Yes” I replied. “If that is the case, than I am your father.”He said. I did not know what to do. I had not prepared myself for this moment, but I remember how happy I felt.
Before either of us could say a word, something pierced through his chest.”AGH!!!!...... Taiser, run…..”He said with his last breath. I said nothing. I just had an emotional facial expression. And then I saw…him.” Oh I’m sorry, did my sword hurt your father?”
I had seen darkness’s face. This humanoid demon had a red headband, blue hair, and a black trench coat, and he emitted black energy waves. This demon’s eyes were blood red and had a lust to kill. “I am Rikimo, the leader of the dark demons, and I believe you’re in my way.”I did not respond. My body was frozen solid in the same spot. ”hehhehehe. Don’t sweat it kid, the week’s almost over, and I don’t have time to kill everybody. And hey! When you’re all grown up, you can look for me and attempt to kill me. Because of a curse, I can only return back to the demon realm for one week every fifteen years. So until then, farewell.”
I knew what I had to do, I had to train as hard as my will could withstand for the next 15 years. I found a small area surrounded by trees near a mountain. I would train there as hard as I could each day, nonstop. My bones would break, my muscles would tear, and my skin would peal. To a human, an injury like that without treatment could mean death, but because of demon’s superior metabolism, we are able to recover from fatal injuries in the matter of days.
This ability even lets us regenerate our own anatomy. This is one of the many things that separate demons from humans. Another is that we have an organ behind our hearts called the Rylo. This is what makes demons emit energy waves. Also, depending on the eye color, style of attacks, or abilities, that’s what determines the color of energy waves. Demons have an eight chamber heart instead of 4, which is why our lung capacity allows us to run for days on end. Demons have bigger muscles which lets us lift approximately 647times our own weight.
I have already met my worst fear, and that is my parents dyeing before I get the chance to know them. Therefore I have nothing else to fear. And until I kill Rikimo, my life’s purpose is to kill every living creature that confronts me. I care only for myself, I love only myself, and until he is dead, I will continue to progress in my vital training.
