Hiya! My name's Rachel! I'm 27 years old and live in Washington (the STATE not D.C.). I work in a daycare, babysit on weekends and I'm currently going to school with the end game being getting at least my BA in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Religious studies. I have a fiance, Dan, who I've been with since March of 2007 and love with all my heart. He's my other half and I don't know what I would do without him...probably become some crazy cat lady, haha! My favorite band is Black Veil Brides (thanks to my friend Lynzi who introduced me to them). I am unbelievably OBSESSED with them and I really can't be sure why. I think they have a great sound, are all around great guys, and I really like the message in their music. I've gotten to see them a couple times already, gotten to meet them a little bit, and just...I'm in love with them <3 My favorite TV show is Once Upon a Time; it's pretty much the only one I make a point of watching anymore, although I have a handful of other shows I enjoy watching as well. HUGE Harry Potter fan (only thing that trumps my BVB obsession), Doctor Who FANATIC (I love 9, but 11 is my Doctor ♡) and I love me some Disney Princesses too :3 The way I see it, I don't have to grow up - Peter Pan came and saved me on my eighteenth birthday, so there! Gonna have to PM me for that story though ^^
Hmm, what else can I say? When I was a freshman in high school a friend introduced me to this site and I have to say, I was REALLY addicted. My parents didn't approve of me being on it all the time - said it was putting viruses on their computers and so they banned me from getting on. But, as any rebellious teenager would do, I would log on when they left the house. Then senior year rolled around and there were boyfriends, and regular friends, and the combination took me away until recently. I decided I had had enough of nothing to do anymore (since boyfriends and regular friends aren't around me much these days) and ta da! Here I am. Since I've been doing this for a little over ten years now, I consider myself a literate RPer. If I have less than three chunky paragraphs, I will go out of my mind thinking it needs to be longer and if you take too long to reply, don't be surprised if my post changes, haha! I try to be active as well. I get anxious if I know it is my turn cause I know how annoying it is to wait for long periods of time for a response...that being said though, if I'm not really interested in the RP, I'll find ways to back my characters out of it and vanish entirely. I'm very picky about what ones I join and I don't generally like to play outside my main characters. Tamuril and Surion are my two favorite babies. Tam I've been playing since I started back in 2003 and Surion (her adopted son) I've been playing since about 2005/2006. I can play a variety of characters though, so if you're interested, shoot me a PM and I'll look over what you got for me (: If it seems interesting, depending on what I'm already involved in, I may join!
