xp It's a pretty standard amount... I know people that can get up to 4k a day from polls.
The best way to get gold is from art of being an exchange-whore though. I did the exchange thing on a small scale for a while, but I don't really need the gold anymore.

I think I have... close to 100 equipable items sweatdrop
Even on days when I full on study I tend to get about 1k from polling when I take breaks so... yeaaaaah. ninja

Haha, the penguins are actually Lisa's - we pretty much share our inventories. She's wanted them back for a while, but since she's not online as often any more so I don't up giving them back anyway.
I don't have all that many items, just ones that I like. xd
