Mocha Custards

Cook: 30 mins / Servings: 6

You shouldn’t have to deny yourself dessert when you’re on a diet, and a sweet cup of this light, chocolatey custard helps you enjoy yourself while watching your calorie intake. A few crystals of instant coffee and powdered cocoa add beloved mocha flavor and create a sweet treat that you’re sure to love. Serve chilled and topped off with a dollop of whipped cream.

Ingredients:

* 2-1/4 cups fat-free milk
* 1/3 cup sugar
* 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
* 3/4 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
* 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
* Frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed (optional)
* Coffee beans (optional)

Directions:

1. In a medium saucepan combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and coffee crystals. Cook and stir over medium-low heat just until cocoa and coffee are dissolved.
2. In a medium mixing bowl gradually whisk hot mixture into egg product. Stir in vanilla. Place six 6-ounce custard cups in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Place baking dish on oven rack. Divide egg mixture among custard cups. Carefully pour boiling water into the baking dish around the custard cups into the baking dish to a depth of 1 inch.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Remove cups from water. Cool on wire rack to room temperature. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. If desired, garnish with dessert topping and coffee beans. Makes: 6 servings.

Sounds interesting enough for me to create.

As soon as I get inspiration, I will draw it.

What is this about though?
The son is gay for this demon?
Tell me more.
I like it.

That makes sense. <:
So do you write your stories in journals? Or notebooks?
I actually have a collection of leather journals on which i will write my novel (series) for the comic im planning on doing,
I decided that it would come out better if I write it in novel form first.
It'll give me more details for the drawings.
Hard part now is.. How to get better at writting..

How do you feel about desserts?

Ahahaha.
So are you going to make any of it? Or just keep it in mind?
Sometimes I do, why?
