There's really nothing I can say, is there? You seem to dwell on negative thoughts when you should instead think of more positive thoughts. The surgery, it is needed yes? To continue your life?

I have said this perhaps once before nee-chan. If there is someone who loves you, it won't be for the appearance. They will find you beautiful through your personality and voice. I have seen many people who have had several scars that have turned out to be great people.
