It's hard to say my favorite too but probably Perfect Blue. I'm doing intensive editing on a fandom web series pilot (hopeful) consisting of several interviews. Um yeah it's been a challenge although exciting too.

I'm only on like episode 8. I gotta space it out cuz if I binge watch it's all over for me. I hate that empty feeling I get when a good anime ends... like when I watched Nana for the first time. I binge watched the hell out of that anime... but once they finished I felt empty for weeks... I was thinking about picking up the manga again but Ai Yazawa left it at a horrible cliff hanger and never got back to it. crying

I did study filmmaking in college and now I'm finishing up with another degree in Media Studies so I should have a more well-rounded knowledge now to get a job hopefully haha. Basically anything that can get me freelance work doing multiple jobs/tasks. I think that Dream Machine from what I read is still trying to be made but the company that has the rights to it have the project on hiatus since they said they currently don't have the funds to finish it at this time. Hopefully it will be picked up again but it could be a very long time before that happens. Either way it's a shame we won't see anymore movies from him. I gotta watch Perfect Blue again it's still my favorite. And I still haven't seen Millennium Actress sad Which is one of his movies are your favorite?
