My name is Alicia. I haven't actually been on Gaia since 2004? In any case, I'm starting up a new account.
I am a really eclectic person as far as musical tastes go, but I'm really interested in folk/black metal more-so than other genres. I work for Mary Kay as well as GameStop. I have a goal at Mary Kay to become an Independent National Sales Director that I take really seriously. (If you want to purchase some Mary Kay products, let me know-- I can ship to anywhere!) GameStop is also fun.
My favorite kind of video games are strategy RPGs. I am very selective over MMOs and FPS, but there are a few I play. Right now, I'm busy getting obsessed with Team Fortress 2 all over again, and also NOT getting scared by Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

I have plans later to go to school again (I already went for Cosmetology) for Culinary. I love to cook, and Asian cuisine has held more interest with me than say any other food.
I hate people who take their scenes too seriously, I'll say that right now. So if I think someone's being too damn ridiculous I'll likely say it. For example, the little "Pagan" kids who are into the folk metal scene here. They seriously go out in public on non-special occasions (not even shows) and walk around talking about how viking they are. I'm thinking to myself, "Please, you're upper-middle class kids in AMERICA. You're not going to discover new lands, you're not going to pillage (I better make this clear before any butthurt- I realize not *all* vikings pillaged s**t) anything, and you don't actually worship Odin."

P.S.~ METAL FORUM: Just because a band has bad recording quality and because they're SoooOoooOoOOo underground, doesn't make them cool. It makes them s**t, and you're likely s**t too.
