well I dislocated my arm if u didn't kno sad it sucked. I was at wrestling practice and I decided to go against someone heavier because I'm more experienced he needed it. So while we wrestle he fell back with my arm locked underneath his. My hand hit the Matt and I felt the crunch pop crackle of my elbow popin outta place. It's alot better now and I'll be wrestlin again soon smile oh yeah I can't go into towns cuz I'm on an iPhone right now sad
but overall I'm fine. I worked out today.
