Well, Swedish summer at it's warmth can range between 18-20 degrees C. But lately it has been more like 13. :C Which is really boring. And yes, that rain as well. I mean, April and May were warmer than June...
Sweden's... pretty cold. But it isn't supposed to be THIS cold. D: Just having an unusually crappy summer actually. People oftentimes think of Sweden as colder than it is, but right now they're actually right. Wish I was in California or something.
