Traditional is a good base to improve in digital, usually I like to encourage people to keep doing what they are good at because I don't want to people to lose practice. I myself got quite stagnant due to lack of practice, depression and stuff. Now I'm almost have finish with my career and I have to recover all the time I spent without practice with the pencil.
