Depends on what you want, i can usually do something in just a black outline for fairly cheap. Though i have known people to uhh... not draw as well as i might and charge wayyyyy more, it's way too much. XD Make an offer depending on the type and how much of the body is shown, also the detailing, i prefer to draw in pencil and ink it, instead of coloring.
