Ive never been a fan of invisionfree myself, ive always found the good old fashioned proboards to be a great forum hosting website.
But both work on the same level of formating d:

You could do lots with it, but id just start from scratch if your wanting more members. A classy background, simular to what you currently have, but not as dark. An option for music perhaps, althought that does tend to slow most users pc's down. The shotubox is nice, but a real java chatroom would be better. You could hold meetings and such. All in all its nice, Id give it a 7-10.
