--A little note about that. After applying for a position, one of Gaia's artists felt it necessary to insult the quality of my designs as their primary reason for rejecting me. I got pretty pissed and decided I'd be better off (and make Gaia look like s**t) if I made my own site. I didn't know php, CSS, actionscript, or anything else related to web programming, and now, about a month later, I've got my own site about 80% ready for release(art AND development) with about 70% of Gaia's features(no movie theatre, no MMO yet, its in development though). In a month. So the next time you guys want to reject someone who is MORE than qualified for a position they're applying for--just realize that you're creating more competition for yourself, and making yourselves look pretty damn stupid in the process.
