Yeah, the new layouts are sometimes a pain in the neck. You aren't really told how the profile system works, either, so ask friends to give you a rundown on the basics.

I myself really don't know how to do profiles, so I really can't be of any assistance. Sorry. D:

I recommend that if you're going to have a huge about section, you might want to find a profile layout with an "About Me" section that doesn't force the viewer to scroll down, right, and whatnot. Especially if you're going to stick in pictures.
Perhaps the usage of the new profile system would be wise...?
