Rose is the proud daughter of Rugal Bernstein, and younger sister to Adelheid Bernstein. She's spoiled, she's a princess. She's accustomed to the rich, pampered lifestyle granted to them by their father. However, just because she's a pretty face doesn't mean she doesn't know a thing about fighting; quite the contrary. She isn't above telling Adelheid what to do and scolding him when his execution isn't up to par.
She also doesn't tolerate defeat. And she has a temper, too. What a woman.
Despite how overbearing she can be at times, she absolutely adores her brother. Her favorite thing to do is play the piano, both for herself and for him; located on the observation deck of the Sky Noah. (For those wondering, the Sky Noah is the large airship that Adelheid commands. "Home", perhaps?)
Of course, as is the case with all people... Rose does have her share of troubles and secrets. Shhh.
