ounces rice noodles, slender (rice vermicelli)
tablespoons sesame oil
carrot, julienne cut
cup onion, sliced
cups cabbage, shredded
lb hen breast, boneless and skinless cut in thin strips
teaspoon refreshing ginger, minced
cup bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
cup drinking water
teaspoon brown sugar
tablespoons soy sauce (to taste)
salt, to taste
refreshing ground black pepper, to flavor
Place the rice noodles in a pot of very hot h2o and allow them to soak for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Whilst the noodles are soaking, heat the sesame oil in a big skillet or wok more than medium-large heat. Include the carrot and onion. Prepare dinner and stir till crisp tender. Stir in the cabbage, cooking and stirring for 1 minute lengthier.
Include the chicken. Cook and stir for a number of minutes until chicken is browned on all sides. Stir in the ginger, bean sprouts and eggs. When the eggs are cooked, stir in the h2o, brown sugar and soy sauce. mei fun noodles on to cook dinner and stir till the rooster is cooked via.
Drain the rice noodles and add them to the skillet. Time with salt, pepper or soy sauce, to taste.
