No, I shouldn't. Things happen, people change, people move on. People often misuse the phrase "forgive and forget". One should forgive, but they shouldn't forget.
Tell me, if we were to still talk, do you think it would be a healthy friendship? Most likely not, even this conversation began bitter.

Why exactly did you decide to speak to me now? To patronize me, to make me feel regret, or maybe because you actually care enough to have the desire to talk to me?

I've said what I've had to say, please refrain from speaking to me again and allow me to feel my own emotions.

You do know it's completely possible to care about someone while moving on knowing it's not in the best interest for either party to be in each others presence, right?
I find that to be a rather crude assumption.
