Sorry you think it's mean but, isn't it better to be straightforward?? Do you know how many times I have had to ask people over and over again to stop asking me for donations or to give them my items for waaayyy less than what they are worth?? I have invested so much of my own personal money buying items from the cash shop to sell at the marketplace that I think it's just wrong for some total stranger to ask for gold. I finally decided to just put it out there and let people know up front. By the way, it has stopped people from contacting me.

And just so you don't think I am totally "cold" I have donated tens of thousands in gaia gold to threads and contests to help keep them going.
