The holiday was actually kind of nice this year, aside from work. Tomorrow on the other hand is going to completely suck. One of my coworkers called out sick a few days ago because he had a stomach virus and was throwing up. Good reason not to come to a place to serve food, right? Well, my b***h of a manager, out of spite, scratched him off a day on the schedule to 'punish him'... for being sick... So she rescheduled me so that I cover his shift AND mine tomorrow. I'm not only working a double-shift tomorrow, but FOUR HOURS of that I'm scheduled alone, so I have to cover the whole department alone for that amount of time! BTW, I should also mention, I'm quitting after New Year, even if I don't have a new job by then. I'm done putting up with s**t from this one.
