Well in Toronto we have 137 gangs! surprised

In Canada we got many gangs and rappers! Some rappers are in gangs but not all of them! And to me gangs are confusing they say no snitching but they kill peoples that is not in a gangs! They should stop killing if they don't want us to snitch!
