Music has the ability, when heard, to evoke the deepest emotions and the strongest of memories.
Composition, therefore, can be viewed as the incorporation of thoughts, memories, emotions, and one’s personal writing style into notes, rhythms, and dynamics.
At times I am a soprano, alto, flute player, piccolo player, or piano player. Always, I am a composer.
My goal: to create melodies & harmonies that soar majestically over their underlying chord progressions.
