About the same. Slow progress and every now and then I'm reminded by what life throws at me how much further I still need to go. Still, I've come a long ways from where I was.
I hope you can find the time; your therapist can make a big difference if she's the right one for you.
Oh very nice. I hope you have a great time and return home refreshed and energized. You'll have to tell me all about it. And yep, preparing for travel does take a lot of work and time, that's for sure.
I hope the therapy has been helping! How is your arm now?
I don't work in tax but rather do accounting for start ups. It has been a whirlwind and my stress level and anxiety is at all times high. I went to see a therapist for the first time last month cause it got so bad lol
I'm making steady progress on my arm. I ended up with a really good physical therapist. It's still months away before it's recovered though. Still I can do a lot more things now and it makes life so much easier.
Oh wow, that is truly bad stress indeed. Are you getting any down time to recover at the end of the day? I hope your therapist is also going over ways to relieve stress and anxiety while you work on the root underlying cause.
Back in June, I found out I had chicken pox as a baby that was misdiagnosed as measles. Since I thought I never had chicken pox, I didn't get vaccinated for shingles and it struck and quickly developed complications. It attacked the nerve to my left arm, effectively destroying it. It's been a very very slow road to recovery but at least at this point, the pain is fairly mild compared to the extreme agony it once was and I'm able to do physical therapy to recover my arm function.
I am thankful I am healed enough to get back into life and have been making up for lost time as much as able.
I hope you have good ways to not get too stressed during tax season. Not the most fun thing to anticipate at the start of every year, having to do all those returns for people.
I did favor it so you can from my favorites. Just go into favorites and do a search under "glengrin".
I've been keeping busy too, but mostly with medical related appointments like physical therapy for my arm. I'm making good progress and the pain is almost completely gone now from the neurology. We try to fit in nature walks at least once a week and ideally twice or more but the one day we had set aside for them is the one day it keeps raining.
Hi. Thanks for favoriting my avie, but Lanzer broke it. He supposedly fixed a bug that prevented backgrounds from showing but it still isn't on mine. You can favor the right one from my favorites since I did it before it was broken.

How have your holidays been going?

So what are your low key holiday plans?
How've you been?
The bg of that avi was just one item, this pose of Eye Am Dreadful Baby, just that I added the magic shine of Torn Chill that helps blend the avi with the bg!
