Well, I used to have that problem; I grew out of it eventually---but I just usually put a fan on... just so there would be a little noise when I was sleeping. Although, that fan became a habit... a cold, chilly habit. XD If you just try sleeping without music for a few days, it becomes normal after awhile. It's just another part of your brain telling you that you can't [so don't listen to it].
When ever you repeat some a couple times, it becomes a habit.
