I have not played Black and White. Mr. Molyneux and I have hit a rough patch in our relationship and I don't think I will be playing it either.

Now if you mean level as in character "level" then it's a non-entity. If you mean "level" as in stage, chapter, etc, then it's also a non-entity because The Elder Scrolls series is on of the sandiest, boxiest, sand box games EVER. The game worlds are also very frequently quite large. Daggerfall still holds the record for the largest in-game world, at something like three-hundred thousand square miles. Morrowind was quite a bit smaller, at only about 135 square miles. Still pretty darn big though.
For Morrowind the mods you'll want are pretty much the cosmetic ones because while the environments are quite beautiful, the character models are not so much. As for Oblivion, lets just say if you play it for a while you will know. Especially if you play Morrowind first.

Don't you worry about that. For starters the first one was on DOS and you won't start out fighting Mammoths and Dragons. If you want a decent intro to the Elder Scrolls then I would suggest the third installment, which is Morrowind. The fourth one, Oblivion, is ok, but not my favorite.

To be perfectly honest with you, this series is one for those who LOVE huge, wide open, and a tad complicated RPGs. If you aren't a fan of trudging cross country and hacking things with a sword or casting spells you might want to find something else. If however you love fantasy games and immersing yourself in a vast gameworld with alot of flavor and stuff to see, then start with Morrowind, preferably with a few Mods, then move onto Oblivion with LOTS of mods.

I've listened to Linkin Park for years, but I'm just getting into Dead by Sunrise actually.
Mike's Fort Minor thing was alright, though I didn't listen to much of his stuff for long after he did it.
