One look at the face
of imperfection that replaced
my reflection, and you fled.
Always and Never
We play a game, we dance to silent music, walk invisable tightropes,
fight a war with our eyes.
This delicate play we act in, one so confused and complex,
is surely a masterpiece of each our own works.
Its such a beautiful thing, yet horride as well.
Scene one was love, lust, and joy.
Scene two, one riddled with heartache, lose, and pain.
Scene three has yet to be writen, altough the idea is clever, cunning and coy.
Im the puppet, and you are the Master, pull my strings, make me dance.
You think you've won, that this play is done, but watch me love, its just begun.
Memories spill over,
Thoughts become obsession,
Pain goes numb,
Heart stops dead.
Empty eyes see no reason,
Deaf ears hear no hope,
Sewn mouth releases no screams.
