Eh, a few stories, though the more interesting ones are from other sites. PM me, and we can talk about it there. Yeah, I'm the only guard at my site. It's not terrible hours per day, but it's like I'm almost always on duty. Or at least it feels that way, y'know?
Eh. *shrugs* I've got a halfway decent job with a good client, but for right now, the hours suck: I'm stuck with working six days a week until we get more people. It's hard to find good staff, you know? xp
Gaia's modern games don't require flash! You should be able to play Gaia Adventures, Lake Kindred, Runway, Switchem and Dumpster Dive in your current browser.3nodding
Additionally Gaia's classic mmo zOMG was converted to an Adobe Air application in late 2020. The Adobe air version of the game does not require flash! You can learn more about that over here: Play zOMG without a web browser or flash support
Gaia is also currently developing a new version of Towns, Rally and Fishing. It would be waaaay too many links for me to link up all the times Gaia has mentioned stuff about that, so instead I'll link up a post where I recently quoted a bunch of interesting stuff that's been shared with the community over here.
Rally 3D's open beta was actually made available this past September and you can learn more about that over here: Rally 3D Feedback Threadexclaim Additionally Towns 3 was recently mentioned in Gaia's Company Update thread for this month. You can read more about that over here: January Company Update: Happy New Year! (2023)
Anyway...if you want to play one of Gaia's classic games that hasn't been converted yet (such as Pinball or Jigsaw) you will need to use the flash workaround. The flash workaround is basically getting a browser that still supports the flash plugin and flash. To learn more about the workaround go ot the top of any Gaia page and click the Games section.
Make sure to read ALL the text on the games page before attempting to use the workaround!

Hope this helps!
I think when I first returned to Gaia I spent like HOURS in The Marketplace just marveling at all the items that came out while I was away. xd
