Thoughts
Everything has two subjects the lack and the presence of something wanted or unwanted. Everything is perceptual and how you choose to perceive something is through your focus of your very specific belief system which are only ever two different types of beliefs but at different vantage points and levels, they are thoughts that feel good and thoughts that feel not so good this is the basis of the feeling of empowerment or dis-empowerment. You can either choose how you feel by responding to 'what is' or you can deliberately choose to guild your thoughts to a better feeling place. This is what I have come to know through my very own life experience.
