I'm looking forward to the challenge. Mind, I have some serious experience dodging and blocking every manner of attacks, due to my OCD nature of seeing every attack possible before killing a boss. When you do this on Critical, you have to get really friggin good at dodging. Since I'm not going to worry about seeing every attack on my Lv. 1 run, I really think I stand a pretty good chance of beating it. Even on the bosses that kill you in a single hit. (Which, I would imagine, would be Shan Yu and up.)

Ha ha, thanks! How far have you gotten in the games? I've done everything except Critical Mode in KHIIFM+. Currently about to land in the Pride Lands in my Critical file. After I'm done with that, I'll do one more run through, and go through the game on Critical at Lv. 1.
