On profiles you just do it like this.
[ color= ____ ] then the text goes here. [ / color]
(only without all the spaces in between, if that makes sense?)

I have a thread that tells you different colors.
If you'd like it.
It has a bunch of fun colors different from the ones that they offer you when posting in forums and things.
