I don't usually leave thank yous for purchases out of my store, but I thought I'd make an exception with yours because I knew your name from when you were an admin! Congrats on going for your doctorate - it'll be a long, hard road but I'm sure you're going to come out of it very well and be a wonderful clinical neuropsychologist. I also find your chosen area of research very interesting - the emotional function of older adults with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and with no real issues. Very awesome! Of course, thanks for buying from me, too, but I just love finding really intelligent Gaians at random.

Best of luck on your Parkinsons Disease research. My grandma had it. She died in the early 90s. She was around 80 when she died, but spent her last few years in a nursing home. I hope your research will help at least one family from having to go through it. Again, best of luck.

First off, grad students are AWESOME! I can totally relate to what you're studying. Well not fully relate but I'm always psyched to see other people interested in neuroscience as this is such a huge aspect of my life right now.
