So, have you heard about the "DragonLance" Chronicles? So far the series is awesome, favorite character? Has to be the kender, what's a kender? A kender is pretty much a very-very skinny hobbit, but to put it simply, imagine a skinny Bilbo Baggings with ADHD. Oh, and kenders don't have sense for fear, just adventure.David Weber is an Author, and currently a rather exceptional Author as it is. To start you might want to read the "Empire from the Ashes" series, it is about a Commander who is forced to captain a live ship, that was built over a million years ago, and is hidding itself as the Earths moon. To figure out what could possible go wrong with this story. You'd have to start with "Mutineers Moon" and be wary of the "running jump off a cliff" take off that this book carries.
