She has pale skin that seems to glow with an inner radiance. From her toes up she wears a pair of almost silver boots bearly poking out from under slighty baggy black pants. She wears a white belt with a few scattered rine stones and a longlseeved black and white dress shirt. She always wears gloves to cover her hands. She appears to wear a long almost transparent sparkling cape that seems to always be moving in an unseen wind. This cape however is not a parcle of clothing but rather her own wings. She keeps most of her sking covered but her neck and face. She has piercing blue eyes when she is happy but they fad quickly to white when she dispares or feels fear. Her hair is silver blue and short cut. On her face there seems to be a tatoo of a falling tear on the left cheek. This tatoo is accually a light blue birth mark that apears when she feels the deepest of pains.

Deeper:
Nebel is felt as she walks through the streets. She seems to have an otherworldly presence. When her eyes are dark blue people's dreams all around her seem to come true. She sees there happy smiles because she only can see with in the dream relm. When she is sighted it is because she sees the world through those who are day dreaming around her. When fear or dispare cross her heart her eyes pale and go white. When her eyes are white no one around fullfill thier dreams and she is blind to the world. Nebel is cursed as well as blessed by the things she hears. She does not hear the thoughts around her but only the most inner desires. She can sense those around her and there deepsest desire like that of a mother longing for her dying child to be well again. Nebel can make these dreams come true but she is terrified to do so. She has seen people go mad when she fulfilled there deepest desire but when she left it was over. Her presence works like this. She however can accually make the dream come true but at a cost to her own body.

Fear seems to hunt and follow Nebel. Just as an angle watches over her. She makes friends easily and has a kind heart if not a niev one.
