nice to see some of my friends are active on gaia. Now that I got my new hard drive installed, replacing the slow one, I will be online more often. Don't know if it will be on gaia but I can get back to the internet now. biggrin

it is a fish restaurant with a bar for alcoholic drinks so it is open very late. One day out of the week I work 5:00Pm to 11:59Pm (12) if they need me that long.

I got a new job after 10 years in my old one the restaurant closed down. I still work at a restaurant cooking but now it is preparing food, weighing food, & organizing whatever.
Where as before I was more of a chefs as I was cooking for each customers order as they came in. It takes some learning, but I get more pay now so I don't need to work 6 days of the week.
Now I only get 4 or 5 days of the week & that still pays the bills. One of the main things that made me start using gaia more again.
