Lemily was born and raised in a quiet manor settled just outside of London city, in the United Kingdom. Like many other witches and wizards, Lemily attended Hogwarts, and after leaving the school, Miss Lameur went to work at the Ministry of Magic, as an apprentice within the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, the spirit division. During her first year she was invited on an expedition to Albania, where she took up the opportunity to further her career at the ministry, hoping her "hands on" approach would see her through.

However, in Albania, Lemily encountered a force far beyond anything she could have ever imagined, finding herself dragged into a spring by a monstrous snake, where Lord Voldemort's battered and wounded soul had waiting, possessing her body, seeking strength, a vessel.

While under his control, Lemily was then forced to find Quirrell, who became Lord Voldemort's new host after a time. And though Lord Voldemort had parted from her body, Lemily still felt an attachment to him, somehow connected since her possession, causing her to choose to become a faithful and loving servant to the Dark Lord. After his unsuccessful attempt at retrieving the Philosopher's Stone, the Dark Lord returned to her, in his malformed state, where she protected and served him still. It wasn't until Voldemort gained his impressive new form, did he enlist her as a Death Eater among his inner circle of followers.

*Danger rating is high due to her alignment with the Death Eater circle and closeness to Voldemort. Though only moderately powerful, her loyalty could inevitably cause Miss Lameur to commit atrocious acts in order to protect her leader. There is no determination to how far it could push her.
