Dark eyes, purple hair, wields a sword. Wears red and white robes.

A female samurai who seeks the power of the Hakurei family. Stage 2 boss.

A mysterious woman that attacked Reimu one night. She wanted the power of Hakurei, a power which Reimu has inherited. Meira thinks that by defeating Reimu the power will be hers, but she fails and runs off, and has never been seen since.

Meira can mean "Dark", "Destiny" or "Life".
