About Me

'Sup? I'm Matt Parkman, just your average detective who can read people's thoughts. (What, that's average, right?)

I moved away from my ex-wife in Los Angeles because she cheated on me and was carrying the other guy's baby. Now I've recently moved to New York to be co-guardian to Molly Walker along with Mohinder Suresh. Hey, I heard that "My Two Dads" crack you were thinking! Anyway, I became a detective by using my telepathy and found I can mentally control people with it too. (Hey, you, make me a sandwich! Just kidding, just kidding!)

I teamed up with Nathan Petrelli to track down my dad, who has the same power I do, then later to find and stop Adam Monroe from releasing a deadly virus. In between, I put my dad in a telepathically induced coma, solved a murder case, and expanded my power to mind control and communication via thoughts. Nathan's and my little adventure was cut short when he was shot by an unknown assassin during a press conference...

So, now I've met this girl, Daphne, and she's pretty much the most amazing person. EVER. She's my future wife. No joke. Except she hangs around with those two Japanese guys a lot. Should I be jealous? Hmm...
