Appearance: Short and stout, Oswald is rather particular about his weight and short stature and will usually make a point to show to anyone that brings it up, that it is a very bad idea to do so. Natural brunette, his hair is slightly receding and grey at the temples, his eyes a slate grey, always decked on one side with a monocle. Donning the ever constant Top Hat and tuxedo, he always wishes to look his best.
Weapons: Relatively anything he can get his hands on, but comes with a load of tricks, both up his sleeve and with his umbrella. Armed with a number of different fighting styles he picked up during his travels in the Orient, despite his size Oswald can usually handle himself, and for when he can't he uses his 'girls' the lovely but deadly Kabuki Twins, his silent guardians armed with a set of ninja skills, and razor sharp titanium claws. But it goes beyond what he can do, to who he is, Oswald is the man everyone goes too...the one with all the connections, the go to guy...you need something, and you can pay... by the end of the day, or within the hour...he will have it.

History: Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot was born to not so loving parents, believed to be born disfigured, his parents were ashamed of Oswald, and did their best to hide him from society, not wishing to ruin their 'appearance' and good name. Dying mysteriously, the whole of their fortune was naturally left to their next of kin, their son Oswald, who gladly became the last living Cobblepot, holing up in his families Mansion. Years and years of fighting the Batman, of doing the same dog and pony show as a two bit criminal, Oswald finally learned his lesson and became something more. Operating under the 'Iceberg Lounge' using the club and restaurant as a cover to hide his illegal activities, the 'Penguin' moved up to becoming Gotham's elite, the Kingpin of Crime the go to guy...but to the rest of the world, he is simply a Man with a dark past, who is making for himself a brighter future...if only they knew...

She states, before using her other unused hand to bring herself closer to his, her heart racing as if she just ran miles pressing against the breast of his dress shirt. Her demeanor showing nothing but confidence as she lightly growls out her next words, her eyes locking to his in a smoldering gaze. Only the gently biting of her bottom lip shows her nervousness of her actions on how he would react back.
