I don't know if they all evolve at the same levels or not, but my Echo evloved at level fifteen.
I haven't been able to get a Willowcroak or the Pixicroak, despite going through a complete hoard of them. xd

I haven't seen that one, but I did just see a Furious Aerling.
What I have are Noctus (began as Echo that I had picked for my starter kin), Echo, Cubdrop, Aerling, Lucky, Oppososaurus, and Stagony.

I have though just spotted a Coral Cubdrop and Night Echo in the Kindred Wilds, as actual enemies. eek

If you're level ten, then that's how you got it.
The only other way is for a Lucky to drop an egg for you, after you kill it.

Ohh yes the yarn people! Terribly fascinating race. They all knew how to knit but not how to sew? Always found that rather odd especially since most of them either had needles pinned to their trousers or hats. They of course never knew what they were for but insisted they had some sort of cultural significance.

*gently hands you your yarn placing it in your paw* There we are *smiles* You know this reminds me of a planet not too far from here inhabited by beings made entirely of yarn. Strange place but the people there are quite friendly. Happened upon it purely by improbability but then again not as improbable as the lemon people *smiles placing my hands back in my pockets*
