Did you know that the puppies you see at big pet stores, the ones that aren't brought in from shelters, 9 times out of 10 have come from puppy mills. Puppy mills are places where female dogs are bred the moment they fist go into heat, sometimes at 5 or 6 months old. They are force bred, having litters and litters of puppies until their bodies completely give out and they are disposed of. All dogs and puppies are kept in tiny cages with no source of heat, protection for their feet, or shelter. Please don't buy from pet stores, Adopt a pet and save a life. End puppy mills by eliminating the demand for them.
