if you whant videos go too http://www.tektek.org/index.php ,then Gaia Profile Themes, click in you tube in the tope of the page put the video you want too serch in serch...dah! you gona see a bunsh of videos click the videos too see them if you foun the video you want copy the code.then go too your profile clik in edit my profile and click in content clik in add media then close the content click in edit media in your page not in the options of view, theme, content, what ever wen you clik inh edit in media you gona see this Title: URL: in the url put the code of the video of you tube and in the title put the title you want...a then clik update and save in the options of theme, content,view,etc.and then view and you gona see your video only click in your video in the > too play and watch your video

too add a new background go too "http://www.tektek.org/index.php" , click in gaia profile themes.then you gona see lot of fotoes, in the top of the page you gona see (Classic / Old School, ProfilesCurrent / New Version Profiles,YouTube Video,Help) to see back grounds pick (Classic / Old School, ProfilesCurrent) then doble click the back groud you serch or you want it.you ganoa see a Profile Code copy the profile code and than clik Profile Theme then put the profile code in the theme override and then clik submit and the girl gona say succes like a iriot lol and then you gona see you profile whit the background hit: is you dont want too waist your time clik the (ProfilesCurrent / New Version Profiles) is realy more ease to manege!
