u asked people on the LOST forum to pm u to answer your question about LOST so here it is:

Actually its a show about people who crash on an island in a plane crash. but thats not the reason its called "lost" its called that because in each episode we learn more about characters and see that they are lost in their own lives. but on the island the survivors make friends with each other and find real happiness. so they get "found" not by getting off the island but by being with each other, and appreciating the friendship and love that they found in each other.

over the seasons alot of the characters got killed, but in the final episode (im kind of spoiling) the characters find each other again on the other side after they are all dead. they all died at different times on the island or in the world in general but before moving on they got to see each other again and remember the good times on the island.

there was alot of other stuff that happened of course, but baiscally its a show that touches on alot of philosophical issues such as faith vs. science, destiny vs. free will, good vs. evil., forgiveness and letting go and so on.

its really too bad if u haven't seen it but i think all the seasons are online at abc.com and also there are dvd boxes. i HIGHLY recommend seeing this show if u dont mind watching a show that challenges u intellectually and spiritually
