I don't know about male characters but for a female base I used the Godina to get rid of the panties.
to get rid of the bra you need to equip the summer haircut(both cuts work), ____ Carina (long hair)(any of the carina's work. I use terra) and then you need to equp either Godinas hair or Madame ____ Wigs
those are the wigs/hairs that I do know works for this..
