That's really cool that your teacher is pregnant, how wonderful! I remember doing Holiday concerts with the band, choir, and orchestra. It was always a stressful time of the year for me and the rest of the band members.

On another note; I've been doing pretty good myself. I've been busy with finishing up the first quarter of school and working. I'll be moving into a new apartment soon with my cousin and a friend of ours. I'm really excited about that. I have been living an hour away from where I'm taking classes and I also work at the University as an Art Gallery Monitor. I love my job there and the people are amazing. I'm going to be looking for another job once I get a lot of my junk to the new apartment. I need to get going on that before I go into my second quarter. I haven't been doing a lot besides school and work. In between all of that...I'm working on personal art projects, but none are finished and most of them I'm scrapping.

How is band going for you? School? I just got a message from a friend of mine through DeviantArt and she's having a rough time. :/ I know high school isn't the best years of our lives for some people.

Hi there Lime_Liz,

I know it's been a while since we've last talked. I've been busy with college and work, but I just want to let you know that I haven't forgotten about you or my other friends here on Gaia. I hope everything is going swell.

I'm not Italian, but my family is pretty loud...well at times. wink My family has nothing but people who enjoy cooking/baking and sadly, I'm not one to eat much at all! sweatdrop I don't really have a pet name from my family other than what my cousin calls me - which that happens to be 'Chlo' or 'Chlo-bo'. I enjoy my "me" time as well. I tend to just listen to music and analyze the song to anything about myself or something I know, kind of asking myself questions throughout the song. I also work on art...with music on, as always. lol Ha, that is an awesome memory to have with friends. I don't believe I've ever been yelled at by a cop, other than when my class took a trip to Washington D.C.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. People just don't know how to stand up for themselves and tell it like it is to someones face. I would rather have the whole truth come out from the lips of the person than on a computer. Like my ex told me after four years of dating that I was only an ' experiment'. Oh man that crushed me, but now I realize that he really was not the best pick...of the litter box, ha ha. I guess that the first people aren't the one's we need to deal with. I agree that people can be really lame, but they can also be a pain whenever that kind of people linger around in your life still. They aren't really worth time or emotional scarring.

We had this thing called the "tick stick" - a ball of duct tape on a stick that the upperclassmen would whack at the back of the knees or back if you marched incorrectly by step or posture. Yeah, it wasn't the most humane. They took that out after my freshman year. Thanks a lot, I'm looking forward to college. biggrin

I love the Green Mile and I'm so glad that I watched that movie alone in my room at midnight (of course ending at around 4AM). I was crying so hard and rocking back and forth on my bed because I was SO into the whole movie. Kind of sad right? HA ha! I enjoyed the book just as much, there was more detail to everything. I'm glad I own that book because you're making me want to read it again. xp Yes, Girl Interrupted is an excellent movie. I even cry at the end, the script for the whole movie is great.

Another good movie that I forgot to post was, Night of the Living Dead. Yeah, the 1960's version. I believe that, that movie seems to be the best zombie one out there.

Yeah, my sister and I watched that movie too. We only believe like half the stuff that happened in the film was believable. I tried to read Harry Potter, but like I said, I'm not a huge fan of Fictional novels. As for reading in accents, I'm not the best either, I just like to make everything sound seductive...it works most of the time, ha ha.
