What is it that makes us choose our friends?
is it their personality,
The way they smile,
The way they walk or talk,
or could it be the way the dress?
What makes us say i want them to be my friend?
Could it be they are trustworthy,
Could it be that you need them to make you look popular,
Or is it just you are lonely and need someone to talk to?
What makes us choose are friends no one knows,
It is that they are always there when you need them,
Is it because they know how to make you laugh,
Make you smile, and make you feel wonderful,
Or do they give you courage and a shoulder to lean on, when you are down?
Does this person you call a friend,
Share secrets with you,
Are they polite and curtious,
Give you a hand when you are in need?
a true friend will always call you a friend,
And just be there for you,

But then i slowly realize that's all i really love u for,

Why do things that are dear to us leave?
Is it because it's their time to go?
Or is it because god wants them for something?
No one knows the truth why they leave,
They only know what people tell them,
And what the holy bible says,
But what is the true meaning when they leave?
No one knows, not even you, or maybe even god,
But the question is why do things that are dear to the
heart leave?
Because when they are gone, there is a hole in your heart,
That will never fill up.
